Catherine Sanderson

Senior Associate, Commercial Property

Catherine joined the firm in May 2004 having previously worked  in house for a local entrepreneur and prior to that as a partner in private practice.  She qualified as a solicitor in October 1986.

Catherine has specialised in all aspects of property work since qualification including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, general landlord and tenant work and property management.

As well as significant commercial bodies and private investors, she has acted for many charities including independent and maintained Schools and Academies and has been involved in several multi-million pound property transactions in those sectors.
