Caroline Leviss

Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Caroline started her career in London, qualifying in 2001, before joining us in 2007. She has extensive corporate and commercial law experience, including transactional work (ie acquisitions and mergers), company reorganisations, banking, venture capital and joint ventures. Caroline also advises on commercial, secretarial, IT and IP matters, including articles of association and shareholder’s agreements, software contracts, website terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of trade and trade mark law. Caroline works with directors, shareholders, companies, partnerships, sole traders, charities and schools on a wide range of legal matters. She is primarily based in our Bath office but regularly works in our London office.
