David Milton

Associate, Court & Regulatory Team

David qualified as a solicitor in October 1997 and has been with Stone King since April 2009.

He is an expert in Health and Safety and other regulatory matters, and is a member of Stone King’s Health and Safety team, advising on a broad range of issues, in particular in the charity and education sectors.  He is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and also an affiliate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

David is also an expert in personal injury litigation, acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants, and he has been accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  He has a particular interest in occupational disease claims, in particular asbestos related diseases.
