David Milton

Associate, Court & Regulatory Team

David qualified as a solicitor in October 1997 and has been with Stone King since April 2009.  He is a specialist in personal injury litigation, predominantly on behalf of claimants, and he has been accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  He has experience of all types of personal injury work, to include accidents at work, fatal accidents, occupational disease (in particular asbestos related diseases) and road traffic accidents.

David is also an expert in Health and Safety and regulatory matters, and is a member of Stone King’s Health and Safety team, advising on a broad range of issues, in particular in the education sector.  He is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and an affiliate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
