Stephanie Howarth

Partner, Head of Commercial Property

Stephanie joined the firm in 2003 having worked at Osborne Clarke in Bristol and Bates Wells & Braithwaite in the City.

Stephanie deals with a broad range of property work for commercial and charitable institutions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, various landlord and tenant issues and joint venture/pre-planning agreements.

Stephanie has a special interest in property investment and property finance work acting for developers and funders (including many of the high street clearing banks) she also has much particular experience in property work for care providers.
