Sarah joined the firm as a Partner in 2009, having spent four years at Allen & Overy LLP, then two years at US firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in London before moving to a Wiltshire practice in 2002 where she was a partner.
Sarah deals with all aspects of commercial property work, including development, finance, options, joint ventures, landlord and tenant, and general property acquisitions and disposals. She also has particular specialism in property finance including development projects and large portfolio work.
Sarah has particular expertise in licensed property transactions (including public houses and petroleum filling stations and their associated businesses); care homes and hospital facilities (including development and securitisation); and Equestrian establishments and stud farms.
In addition Sarah often deals in high end residential property transactions.
