Sarah Clune

Sarah qualified into our Charity & Education team in 2007 having completed her training at Stone King.  Sarah spends much of her time working with independent schools dealing with issues such as public benefit and safeguarding children.  In addition, she deals with a broad range of charity issues including registering new charities, advising on constitutional and governance issues, reviewing and drafting grant terms and conditions for grant-making charities, and charity mergers and hive-offs. She has experience of working for a charity having been seconded for 6 months as an in-house legal adviser to the Girls' Day School Trust.  She is a member of the Charity Law Association and is based in our Bath office.
