Jayne Martins

Solicitor, Family & Mediation

Jayne is an enthusiastic and energetic solicitor in the Family Team.

Jayne joined Stone King LLP as a Trainee specifically to the Family Team in 2006. She qualified in 2008 and specialises in particular in financial issues arising on divorce for middle income and middle capital clients. She also deals with financial issues arising for cohabiting couples. She advises parents on children issues, and individuals on cohabitation disputes, as well as dealing with domestic violence issues and civil partnership dissolutions.

Jayne is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to resolving disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way, and is Treasurer of the Bath Resolution group.

Jayne has a bright and approachable manner and is sensitive to the individual needs of clients, but is firm and clear in her advice on issues that arise on the breakdown of a relationship.
