Simon Walker

Associate, Family & Mediation

Simon trained with a local Bath firm, before qualifying in 2004 and joining Stone King LLP.

Simon specialises in Public and Private Law children cases, involving international elements and complex medical issues. He also deals with cases involving Divorce, financial settlement thereafter and domestic violence matters.  During his time at Stone King he has dealt with numerous cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.  His case load includes both public and privately funded work and he prides himself of providing an equality of service to all of his clients.

As a member of Resolution, Simon is committed to assisting his clients in resolving matters in a cost-effective and non-confrontational way.

Simon is trained in Collaborative Law, a new approach to assist those in a relationship breakdown to find a fair and mutually acceptable solution without the threat of Court proceedings.
