Joanne Burton

Joanne joined the firm in 2010. She qualified in 2004 and worked at Bevan Brittan advising on NHS Lift Initiatives as well as PFI and PPP projects in the health and education sectors.
Joanne specialises in advising education clients on property law. She has substantial experience on all aspects of academy work and is familiar with all DfE standard form documentation.
Joanne has a particular interest in charities and ecclesiastical property law issues.
More generally Joanne also has extensive experience in dealing with private sector clients and advises on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant law issues.
