This practical and interactive seminar will give a general introduction to the vital subject of Health & Safety Law. We will discuss the legal background and framework, the essentials of an effective Health & Safety management system, and how to promote a positive Health and Safety culture. The workshop will also enable those attending to gain a good understanding of the significant reforms to Health and Safety Law now set in motion by the Government.Key topics will include:
