We’re proud to announce that Stone King is once again supporting The Big Bath Sleep-Out in aid of the homeless charity Julian House.
A team of eight Stone King staff will spend the night sleeping in Alice Park to raise funds for the charity and its vital work helping homeless and marginalised men and women.
This is the second time that we’ve taken part in this important annual event to raise awareness of the plight of rough sleepers on our doorstep.
Stone King is also urging others to take part in the 9th Big Bath Sleep-Out on 3 March which is open to individuals, organisations, families and work teams.
Stone King’s Managing Partner Steve Greenwood said: “Many of us take our warm homes for granted and it’s difficult to comprehend the lives of those who are forced to sleep rough night after night, particularly at this time of year. So we are proud to support The Big Bath Sleep-Out and the fantastic work that Julian House does to help homeless men and women build better lives.
“By giving up the comfort of our beds for just one night we hope to help make a difference to those who have to sleep on the streets every night.”
Further details about the Big Bath Sleep-Out and online registration can be found at www.bigbathsleepout.co.uk, or forms can be picked up from Alice Park Café or Julian House charity shops in Walcot Street and Shaftesbury Road.
