New Residential Property Partner Appointed

Stone King LLP is pleased to announce that Philip Ryder has been appointed as a partner to head up its Residential Property team, operating from their London and Bath offices.
Philip joins Stone King LLP after previously working at Rix & Kay solicitors in Sussex and specialises in all aspects of residential property work and in particular high value and complex London focussed transactions, often for international clients. He also handles country and agricultural property work, leasehold reform, mixed use development projects and residential security and investment work. Prior to this Philip was with Speechly Bircham LLP where he was a partner in their private client property team.
