Getting Down to Business

The Corporate & Commercial team at Stone King LLP have been getting down to business and completed three major transactions in early April.

Caroline Leviss advised Veolia Environmental Services (UK) Plc on its acquisition of C & C Recycling Ltd.

Lynne Rigg acted on the sale of Executive Property Services Residential Ltd to Countrywide Estate Agents.

Roy Butler advised net-linx AG, based in Dresden, on the sale of its Publishing Solutions Division, comprising companies in the USA, Brazil, the UK and Germany, to Miles 33 Group Ltd.

These events follow hard on the heels of transactions earlier this year when the team acted for Verifier Capital LLC on its acquisitions of Raysil Security Systems Ltd and Smiths Security Services Ltd and Geonix Tracking Ltd on its second round of funding.
