Joint Head of HR Consultancy
Lisa is the Joint Head of the HR Consultancy Team, which is a successful and growing part of the firm’s wider Employment Team.
Lisa is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over a decade of experience providing excellent and reliable HR advice. She has worked in a variety of organisations and her expertise covers all sectors.
Lisa has advised on complex Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) cases and large-scale restructures. She is trained and experienced in change management and has managed a portfolio of employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, sickness and capability cases.
Lisa is also able to assist organisations in planning their HR strategy. She regularly creates and delivers best-practice HR training on a variety of topics.
Lisa attended the University of Bristol and London Metropolitan University.
Lisa enjoys scuba diving and open-water swimming.
