Caroline Fell

Caroline trained at Manches solicitors, qualifying in 2002.  Caroline joined Stone King in 2005 where she specialises in financial matters on divorce, cohabitation disputes and children matters.  She also has considerable experience in relation to protection from domestic violence.

As a member of Resolution and Treasurer of the local Resolution group, Caroline is committed to assisting clients in resolving matters in a non-confrontational and cost-effective manner.  She is a Resolution accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and private children law, and is also a Family Law Panel member of the Law Society. 

Caroline is trained in collaborative law, a new approach to assist those in relationship breakdowns to find a fair and mutually acceptable solution without the threat of court proceedings.
