Kate Nairn

Associate, Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts

Having previously worked for another local private practice, Kate joined Sewell Mullings & Logie in 1990 and has worked in the Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department ever since. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996 and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and an associate member of the Law Society Probate Section.  Kate specialises in Probate matters but deals with a variety of other work in the department including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Tax.
