Lynne joined the practice in 2006. Having qualified into the Corporate and Commercial division of Howes Percival in 1996, Lynne then worked in house for several years as UK Company Lawyer to the global pharmaceutical company, IVAX, where her work involved many cross border transactions and in and out licensing of intellectual property. 

Lynne deals with a broad mix of Corporate and Commercial law and also advises clients on specific areas including data protection, freedom of information, intellectual property licensing and web sites.
