Associate, Dispute Resolution

Michael specialises in the fields of Education Law and Dispute Resolution.  Michael is the editor of the Stone King Education Law Bulletin which provides insight and guidance on matters pertaining to the maintained and independent sector.  His education law expertise covers a whole range of issues from both the individual and the institutional perspective.  He has particular expertise in Admissions, Exclusions, Special Educational Needs, Disability Discrimination and advises on general school governance issues. 

Michael is also a key member of the Dispute Resolution department where his specialism is in Property Litigation: advising on commercial landlord & tenant matters such as business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, forfeiture actions and possession proceedings. Michael has also appeared before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry on adverse possession claims.
