Robert Meakin
Partner, Charity
Robert is a partner at the London office, having previously been a lawyer with the Charity Commission. He is an advisory board member of the European Association for Planned Giving, a member of the Charity Law Association and Charifaith C.I.F. He conducts regular seminars on charity law and practice. He is the author of “Charity in the NHS: Policy and Practice” (Jordans 1998) and a contributor to "Charities, Governance and the Law: The Way Forward" (Key Haven Press 2003) and "Socially Responsible Investment: A Guide for Pension Schemes and Charities" (Key Haven Press 2005). Robert has recently been awared a PhD in Charity Law by the University of Liverpool.
Robert lives in Cambridge and divides his time between our London and Cambridge offices.
