Stephanie Howarth

Stephanie joined Stone King in 2003 having previously been an Associate at Osborne Clarke in Bristol. She qualified as a solicitor in September 1998 and deals will a broad range of commercial property work for commercial and charitable institutions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, various landlord and tenant issues and joint venture/pre-planning agreements.

Stephanie also carries out a significant amount of property investment and property finance work acting for developers and funders including many of the high street clearing banks.
