Click here to see latest editions of E-newsletters.Our Head of Corporate & Commercial, Roy Butler, has advised on setting up appropriate legal entities, including partnerships, LLPs, limited companies, and Community Interest Companies for consortia of GP’s practices, through which the appropriate collaboration and tendering may be undertaken. In so doing he has advised on the terms of the membership agreement, the form of the community interest statement, the governance regime and the asset lock restrictions.
Our involvement with care providers includes working with various GP’s practices to deal with all their property needs including acquisitions and expansion/development requirements (and associated funding arrangements). In addition our Head of Commercial Property, Stephanie Howarth, often assists with re-financing arrangements generally.
