Stone King’s employment team can provide a full range of employment law and HR services to you either as individuals, or as partners running a practice.
Unusually for a firm of solicitors, our employment team includes HR Consultants who work closely with our lawyers to ensure that we are able to provide a full service to our clients. Often the work that the client is seeking does not require extensive legal advice, but rather the expertise of HR Consultants, particularly with a view to ensuring your practices internal processes are adequate.
We offer a Retainer Scheme for our employer clients. This allows you to budget in advance for one off type enquiries, whether by telephone or email, knowing that no further charge will be made unless the matter becomes a significant matter in its own right. Many of our clients find our Retainer service extremely helpful.
Again, somewhat unusually for a firm of solicitors, one of the partners in our team is dual qualified as a solicitor and barrister. This means that in the vast majority of cases we are able to deal with the matter throughout including, if necessary attendance at the Tribunal or appeal forum. Our clients find our ability to keep matters wholly in-house in this way reassuring and beneficial.
