Whilst we advise on all aspects of employment law, the particular benefit that we are able to provide to Schools is the extensive experience and expertise gained from spending more than 60% of our employment team's time on work relating to the education sector, which gives us a deeper understanding of the operational context within which employment decisions are made in schools.
