Whilst we advise on all aspects of employment law, the particular benefit that we are able to provide to Schools is the extensive experience and expertise gained from spending more than 60% of our employment team's time on work relating to the education sector, which gives us a deeper understanding of the operational context within which employment decisions are made in schools.

This work includes:

• Recruitment
• Preparing bespoke Contracts of Employment and Policies
• Advising on access to pension schemes
  
• Assisting in relation to capability issues
• Assisting in addressing grievances
• Advising generally in relation to alleged misconduct allegations and the holding of investigations and disciplinary hearings
