Education Provision and Safeguarding

We understand the everyday realities and difficulties of delivering education in the context of ever-increasing detailed legal obligations. In particular we can help with:

• Child Protection and all other aspects of safeguarding:  in particular our team of education and employment experts provide comprehensive coverage of child protection allegations involving members of staff.
• Special Educational Needs, including proposals to name the school in a statement, SEN funding, and the link between SEN and disability discrimination.
