Effective Partnership: A Service tailored to your School

We work for your school as a whole, not just on your individual issues, and we work hard to understand each school's particular ethos and aims. An individual member in our team will act as your key contact and ensure that you are referred to the particular specialist that you require for your particular task. Wherever practical, we will want (at our expense) to visit your school when we start acting for you so that we have a real understanding of your community, and we are able to visit schools on a no obligation basis to discuss how we can support them.

Quick and committed advice

We answer most requests for help immediately and aim to respond to all requests within two working days.  We do not have the potential conflict of interest that a Local Authority lawyer may have so we are completely independent and objective in our advice.  We offer solutions rather than options, and advise unequivocally, incisively and without jargon.

Flexible and affordable fees

Costs will be clear and agreed in advance.  We have a variety of ways of agreeing and managing costs, including traditional charging by the hour, fixed fees for particular matters and our termly Retainer Service for everyday legal advice (see Retainer Brochure). 

Our regional office structure allows us to offer competitive fees that firms purely based in London cannot match.  We do not normally charge travel time for visiting school clients, which allows us to deliver a national quality service on a local basis.
