We have extensive experience in working with third parties in the development of special projects including the establishment of new educational institutions and joint ventures with external providers of additional facilities such as nursery and after-school provision and community use.
We have advised on the establishment of new state-maintained schools and Academies, working closely with promoters and sponsors and their project managers.
We also advise on changes in status of state-maintained schools and on collaborative arrangements and on the amalgamation and federation of schools.
