Collaborative Law
This is a new process by which you, and your spouse or partner, can resolve your differences while removing the threat of litigation.
Each of you will have the advice, representation and support of your solicitor at meetings where both parties and their lawyers are present and try to reach agreement.
At Stone King, our trained Collaborative Family lawyers will work with you at these meetings. It is a different process to mediation and involves a commitment by all parties, including the solicitors, not to threaten or commence litigation.
