Other Agreements
Nobody likes to think that a marriage, a cohabitation or a civil partnership might end. However, we all know this happens sometimes.
We recommend that you draw up an agreement to register your intentions about how your assets would be divided in the event of your relationship ending.
An agreement is particularly advisable when you enter a relationship with assets you have already acquired – perhaps over a considerable period of time and where you have children from a former relationship.
If you plan to marry we can draft a pre-nuptial agreement. We can draft a cohabitation agreement for those living together, or a pre-partnership agreement for civil partnerships.
