General Help with Managing Affairs

Partners in Stone King are often appointed as attorneys to act on behalf of their clients so they can assist in managing their affairs.  As professional attorneys we can also coordinate a move to residential care including organising financial resources and funding for care or clearing and selling property.

Sometimes clients do not need to hand over decision making, but they do need a helping hand to keep on top of their paperwork.  We can visit people in their own home and help them organise their affairs, for example paying bills.  Our “secretarial service” can provide peace of mind that affairs are in order.
