Will I Have to go to Court?
It is unlikely that you will have to attend court. The vast majority of claims settle without the need for court proceedings even being issued.
It will however sometimes be necessary for us to arrange to issue court proceedings, for example if there is a dispute as to who is responsible for the accident, or if we are approaching the third anniversary of the accident. The issue of court proceedings does not automatically mean that the claim will proceed to a trial, as claims can settle at any point. In the unlikely event of the claim proceeding to a full court trial, we will arrange for you to be represented by an experienced specialist Barrister, and we will of course ensure that you are fully prepared and informed.
If you want to discuss your potential claim in greater detail please contact either David Milton on 01225 324433 or Deanna Hosking on 01225 324454.
Alternatively please complete our simple online Claim Form in total confidence and with no obligation. We will then contact you within 48 hours.
