We have extensive experience which means that we can provide an excellent level of service you can trust.
Although it is possible to have a transaction dealt with by a person of limited relevant experience and qualification we believe that dealing with a property transaction requires a service which matches the importance of this to our clients. We aim to offer clients a detailed and thorough expert service.
For a property transaction to be carried out properly, it is critical that it is dealt by who has the legal and person handling skills to gain an understanding of the client’s personal circumstances and affairs, and advise in the context of that wider understanding and knowledge.
We aim to fit our approach to the needs of the client. Although it is our general rule that we should meet our clients, meetings can be arranged at the most convenient time for them. Many of our clients are bound by a 9-5 working day, and need us to be flexible in arranging appointments before or after normal working hours. We frequently travel out to see clients at home, often outside normal working hours.
We will do all that we can to ensure that:-
- The transaction runs as smoothly as possible;
- Our clients are kept informed as to the progress of the transaction using their preferred method of communication and that there will always be someone with knowledge of their case to whom they can speak;
- The transaction completes within the timescale that our clients require;
- We will advise our clients as to the appropriate searches that they require bearing in mind the nature of the property and the area in which it is situated;
- Any potential problems will be identified at the earliest possible stage and our clients will be advised what course of action to take;
- The transaction is carried out as cost effectively as possible and that if we feel that our original estimate might be exceeded then we will let our clients know in good time and tell them why. We will ensure that there are no surprises. We will always strive to ensure that we give good value for money;
- That we report to our clients in plain English on the title to the property and the searches that we make;
- That we will always point out the options open to our clients, and give them our best advice as to which to follow;
- That we will make full use of appropriate information and communication technologies to ensure that the matter is progressed as efficiently as possible.
