Transfers

For a tenant wishing to assign his interest in a lease, the transaction documents can be prepared: For an unregistered lease, a deed of assignment of leasehold property and a registered lease, a Land Registry Form TR1.

Supplemental contracts can also be prepared for the sale of any office / shop items such as furniture, general fittings and other goods, such as stock.
