The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 comes into force on 26 October 2024, and it will introduce a new positive duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent the sexual harassment of their employees during the course of their employment. It is a move towards proactive preventative action from employers.
The webinar will assist employers to consider what changes they need to consider to comply with this new duty to avoid sexual harassment in the workplace.
