The Fundamentals of Estate Management for Academies - London - 12.02.2020

Academy schools own a large amount of land (freehold or leasehold) and with that comes a large amount of responsibility. As such, the Department for Education is directing schools to focus on estate management, and, in particular, a strategic approach. In this workshop we will take a look at what estate management is and consider how it might be applied in a school context. We will also make time for discussion of those particular issues that schools are facing at the moment.
