Our Right to Work training is for employers across the sectors, for both sponsors and non-sponsors alike. The package contains an up to date checklist which outlines the ongoing responsibility on employers and how to conduct checks from 6 April 2022.

The guidance confirms how to conduct both manual checks, with a list detailing acceptable documents in line with the new guidance, and online checks through the use of ‘share codes’. It will also provide details on the new system for carrying out checks via Identity service providers (IDSPs).
