Sponsorship of health and social care workers

This session will be led by Julie Moktadir, Partner and Head of Immigration. In light of the recognised workforce shortages within the health and social care sector, many organisations are relying on the sponsorship of overseas nationals to fill essential care roles. In this webinar, Julie will consider the legal requirements that must be met in order to sponsor workers into crucial roles. Consideration will also be given to common issues faced by those in the sector, including Right to Work checks, supplementary employment and compliance.
