Virtual Charity Training: Working with non-charities: Regulation and Intellectual Property - 09.02.2021

We have developed our new programme of Virtual Charity Training webinars to provide a comprehensive overview of topical issues for the charity and social enterprise sector. From supporting your employees during times of change to ensuring you are Brexit-ready, this 5-part programme is aimed at trustees and members of senior management teams.

There are numerous occasions where your charity may have a working relationship with other organisations. These connections can be vital to your charity’s operations and help the charity to deliver impact but inevitably they also bring risks. Whether your charity has a trading subsidiary, has been set up by a corporate entity or has a key corporate supporter, this session aims to navigate trustees through their responsibilities in managing these relationships.  Through consideration of the regulatory framework, the session will explore brand-sharing and the need to protect your charity’s reputation and identity.
