Right to study - Tier 4 sponsors

As a Tier 4 sponsor, you are required by the Home Office to take steps to ensure that every student studying at your institution has the right to study in the UK throughout the whole period of their study. You must comply with the sponsor guidance as published by UKVI.

There are many obligations placed on sponsors to carry out certain mandatory checks and retain records in relation to each sponsored pupil.
