The 2020 exam grading system is likely to provoke an increase in the number of subject access requests (SARs) made by students wanting access to their assessment grades, rankings and other personal data. Stone King’s Information Law Team has prepared a guidance pack which forms part of the suite of support for educational establishments designed to provide help and guidance specifically in connection with this issue.

The pack costs £950 +VAT or £850 + VAT for clients who are on an Education Retainer.
