Summary

With the Brexit grace period over, we want to help organisations ensure they are aware of the impact of Brexit on their HR teams and recruitment practices, now that the UK is no longer a part of the EU and free movement has come to an end.

A follow up to our Brexit Self Audit Tools, the Immigration team at Stone King has developed the Post-Brexit Organisational Review to help employers consider their strategic decisions post-Brexit, and determine the potential impacts of the end of free movement on their organisations.

Including a particular focus on the changes for European nationals, the review tool is easy-to-use, and provides free follow up results.

The tool aims to:

  • assist organisations that employ EU nationals and remind them of the steps they need to take in relation to these individuals
  • help organisations that rely on the movement of people from outside the UK
  • remind employers of the changes in light of Brexit in relation to Right to Work checks
  • support organisations that have a sponsorship licence by reminding them of their responsibilities and helping them to identify any strategic actions they need to take in relation to their licence

The link to the tool can be found here and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Head of Immigration, Julie Moktadir at JulieMoktadir@stoneking.co.uk.
