Webinar Recording: Charity Training: Sexual Incidents in Charities

Sexual incidents occur in charities, as they do in any other organisation. This webinar will look at the issues arising from such incidents: charity law, safeguarding, employment and criminal considerations can all be relevant. Addressing the “human” aspect of such incidents can be crucial.

The webinar will be case study based and will explore ways in which charities might respond to such incidents, as well as what they can do before anything happens and afterwards. This is a sensitive subject but an important one for trustees and senior staff to be aware of.

Please note that this webinar will not address sexual incidents relating to children or vulnerable adults. It will focus on incidents relating to adults only.
