Date updated: Monday 28th June 2021

Following our earlier webinar on minimising legal risk regarding the 2021 examination process up to the submission of TAGs, this seminar will focus on centre review and appeal processes after that point, taking into account further Ofqual requirements which have now been published.

We will consider all key legal and procedural aspects of the review and appeals stages, how to avoid pitfalls, and how to minimise challenges and the time and expense that come with them. This will include consideration of how to use existing complaints processes and how to address other types of claim that might be attempted, such as discrimination claims under equality law. A live question and answer session will follow in which we will be joined by a Stone King employment lawyer to cover any employment questions you have about exam work in the summer school holiday.
