Experienced lawyer joins Stone King’s International and Cross-border Team

Stone King has further strengthened its respected International and Cross-border Team with the appointment of solicitor Emma Seaton.
Emma joins from Bishop & Sewell, and will focus on providing UK nationals with succession and taxation advice on their overseas assets, and overseas nationals with succession and taxation advice on their UK assets.

The International & Cross-border Team advises individuals, charities and other solicitors on a wide range of matters including: foreign succession, inheritance taxation and overseas wills, as well as the mitigation of the conflicts of laws in most jurisdictions of the world.
