Free furniture offered to Bath charities

Stone King is giving office furniture for free to local Bath charities. In February the firm is moving out of its offices at 18 Queen Square and Beauford House in Princes Street into newly furnished premises at Upper Borough Court. The move means that a range of good quality desks, chairs, shelving and other office furniture is being left behind and Stone King is keen for this furniture to find a good home.

Sue Murphy, Head of Business Services at Stone King, says: “We are taking very little of our current office furniture with us to Upper Borough Court and whilst we can dispose of the desks, chairs, cupboards and shelving, we first wanted to give charities in the area the opportunity to take anything that may be of use to them. We are also letting Stone King people take home some furniture if they need it, in exchange for a charitable donation.”
