Kathryn, a Partner and Head of Trusts & Estates at Stone King, gave practical advice on a range of options including living wills, lasting power of attorney and trusts.

Kathryn was responding to questions from Bath Radio listeners who wanted to know what action they should take for their medical and financial affairs in case they  become incapacitated in the future.

“It’s always a good idea to try to get your affairs in order to give peace of mind that, at a time when you aren’t able to have as much input into the management of your affairs as you would ordinarily like, your trusted representatives will be in your corner to look after things on your behalf,” she said.
