Stone King is delighted to support a special E3M event exploring how local public bodies can harness the potential of social enterprises as their purpose-aligned partners.
It takes place on May 25 and is entitled ‘Harnessing the full potential of social enterprises for public services and to meet local needs’.

Participants will be able to:

  • Develop ideas and new connections to support new approaches to challenges in key service areas including adult social care, children’s services, public health and homelessness.
  • Reflect with public sector colleagues, social enterprise leaders and external funders on these issues, exploring learning from case studies that have addressed a challenge and overcome barriers.
  • Work together to develop an ambitious vision to grow the social enterprise market/provider base.

Stone King Partner and E3M member Julian Blake has long championed the innovation and benefit of social enterprises and public services working together and co-wrote ‘The art of the possible in public procurement’.

He will also be speaking at the event which will have table discussions with other delegates, with a number of important issues throughout the day.

The seminar runs from 9.30-5.30pm and costs £175 + VAT for E3M members, £225 + VAT for social enterprises and public bodies and £325 + VAT for others and the private sector.E3M members £175+VAT
