Lawyer Peter Woodhouse has advice for employers in the latest issue of The Business Exchange magazine

Peter's column, entitled 'Hybrid working and why it might pay employers to limit choice', examines working options as we move forward to a 'new normal'.

Peter is Stone King’s Head of Business Sector and Employment Team and discusses the options many employers are now considering, whether expecting staff to be fully office-based, work from home or a hybrid version of the two.

"Firstly, assess what the business can allow in terms of hybrid working together with what it must prevent," he said.

"Secondly, assess what staff might want and offer some choice."
