Stone King strengthens its Family and Mediation Team with two appointments

National law firm Stone King LLP has recruited Senior Associate Sarah Wasaya and Solicitor Ruth Slader to further develop and strengthen its Family and Mediation Team.

Sarah Wasaya, who is based in the firm’s London office, specialises in all aspects of family law with particular expertise in international and complex financial matters and cross-border children disputes. Sarah is accredited by Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers, as a Specialist Family Lawyer.

Ruth Slader trained as a solicitor in a specialist family law firm in South Wales. Following some time out to have children and live and work in Australia, she returned to the UK and has worked at PowellsLaw and Sewell Mullings Logie as a Family and Matrimonial Law solicitor. She has specialised in the area of child protection law and at Stone King her main focus is to advise parents within care proceedings and associated matters. Ruth is based at the firm’s Bath offices.

Resolution is a national organisation of family lawyers that campaigns for improvements to the family justice system and supports the development of family lawyers.
