Despite a rainy forecast Team Stone King set out to spend a night sleeping under the stars in Bath’s Alice Park on 9 March 2018 to raise awareness and vital funds for homeless charity Julian House. True to the forecast there was endless rain, wind and resulting muddy conditions. Nonetheless, five people from the national law firm - including one who had slept out the year before – survived the night alongside hundreds of others who turned out for the annual fundraising event, which has so far raised a record of more than £39,000 this year.

Julian House was originally set up to offer direct support to homeless people, some of the most marginalised people in society. Alongside direct support, the charity now operates more than 30 different projects, accommodation sites and social enterprises including services that have been developed to address the underlying reasons why men and women are forced onto the streets. More information on the charity’s invaluable work is available on their website at www.julianhouse.org.uk
