The finalists across 21 categories have been announced for the 2020 Bath Life Awards, including 10 Bath charities singled out for their significant contribution to the community.
Stone King is independently recognised as a leading, top three law firm for charities in the UK and proudly sponsors the charity category.
Tim Rutherford, Head of Stone King’s Charity & Social Enterprise Sector, said: “I’m delighted to see such a diverse list of worthy organisations. I’m sure it will have been agonising for the judges to narrow down to these finalists and I don’t envy them the task of choosing an overall winner. All of these charities deserve to be recognised and celebrated, and we aim to support each one of them to raise their profiles in the run up to the big night.
“In addition, all of the shortlisted charities will get complimentary tickets to our regular governance training session for trustees and the winning charity will be entitled to a legal update session for their trustees.”
The 2020 charity category finalists include:
- Bath Rugby Foundation
- Boys in Mind /Girls Mind Too
- Citizens Advice – Bath & North East Somerset
- Developing Health & Independence
- Genesis Trust
- Julian House
- Teen Yoga Foundation
- We Get It
- We Hear You
This is the fourth year that Stone King is sponsoring the charity award. The firm has also been shortlisted in the Legal & Financial category.
